Responsibilities

  • Develop and teach graduate courses on intrapreneurship, corporate innovation, and organizational change, employing innovative teaching methods and case studies to engage students and foster critical thinking.
  • Mentor and supervise graduate students, providing guidance and support in their research projects and professional development.
  • Conduct rigorous research on intrapreneurship, corporate innovation, and entrepreneurship within established organizations, exploring topics such as corporate venturing, innovation ecosystems, organizational culture, and strategic management.
  • Publish research findings in leading academic journals and present work at conferences to enhance the reputation of the institution and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of intrapreneurship.
  • Collaborate with industry partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to apply research findings, share best practices, and develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges faced by organizations.
  • Engage with the broader academic community through participation in conferences, workshops, and professional associations to stay current on emerging trends and contribute to thought leadership in the field.
  • Contribute to the academic leadership and administration of the Business School through involvement in departmental activities, committees, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A strong record of scholarly research and publication in top-tier academic journals, with expertise in intrapreneurship, corporate innovation, and organizational behaviour.
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the graduate level, with a commitment to innovative pedagogy and experiential learning.
  • Experience in mentoring graduate students and supervising research projects related to intrapreneurship and corporate innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and external stakeholders.
  • A track record of securing external research funding and engaging with industry partners is desirable but not required.
