Business Advisor and Practice Leader, Dr. Charles E. Mgbe, co-teaches Managing People in Organizations for JHBS’ Executive MBA.
His consultancy experience spans over 25 years and addresses organization development and institutional transformation, people strategy, culture and change management, performance management, compensation and incentives scheme design, HR policy and process development, determination of manning requirements, competency design, staff capacity assessment, and strategic resourcing.
Dr. Mgbe is currently the Managing Partner/CEO of Corporate Resources Development Consultants (CRDC), Director and Board Member of Castor Vali (a global maritime risk and security management company), Lakeside Energy (an indigenous energy and gas services company) and Global Investment & Trade Company (a niche special purpose vehicle facilitating multilateral trade and investment).
He also served as Director and Practice Leader of the People and Organization practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Nigeria and the West Africa Region, providing engagement leadership on projects for private and public sector clients.
Dr. Mgbe holds a Ph.D. in Organization Studies and M.Sc. Sociology of Work and Occupations from the University of Ife, and B.Sc. Sociology from the University of Calabar, Nigeria.
