In today’s complex global business environment, having a transparent view of information and a coordinated approach to the governance, management and assurance of performance, risk and compliance is critical to success. This Governance, Risk & Compliance [GRC] program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge necessary to effectively design and enhance integrated GRC activities across the enterprise. It would also provide participants with the tools and techniques to understand company obligations, to mitigate risk and to have proper structure in place on how to manage it when an issue arises.
