Dr. Precious Nene Ikem
BSc, MSc, PhD, CEng
Dr Precious Nene Ikem is a transportation infrastructure leader, researcher and educator whose work sits at the intersection of transportation planning, infrastructure governance, capital investment and public transportation delivery. Over nearly two decades, she has combined academic research with professional practice across transportation agencies, consulting and infrastructure advisory, bringing together research, policy and practice to address complex transportation challenges.
Prof. ‘Biodun Adedipe
Ph.D., FCIB, MIoD, FERP, FIMC, MNIM
Professor ‘Biodun Adedipe is an economist, financial consultant and educator whose work sits at the intersection of corporate finance, strategy, banking and public policy. Over more than 42 years of post-graduate work experience, he has combined university teaching and research with professional practice across investment banking, financial consulting and public sector advisory, bringing together research, policy and practice to address complex economic and financial challenges facing Nigeria and the wider region.
