Program Overview

A direct link to the corporate world through structured, paid industry experience.

The James Hope University Corporate Residency MBA (CRMBA) is an immersive, career-focused Master of Business Administration programme designed for recent graduates and ambitious professionals seeking to combine advanced business education with meaningful industry experience.

Unlike traditional MBA programmes that focus primarily on classroom learning, the CRMBA integrates academic study with a structured, paid (6) six-month corporate residency at one of our industry partner organisations. This creates an employability pipeline — students develop practical leadership capability while gaining direct exposure to business operations, strategy execution, innovation, decision-making, and workplace leadership.
