Additional Information
James Hope University students must settle all outstanding financial balances prior to pre-registration, registration, or graduation. Outstanding balances cannot be carried over into the following academic year and must be paid in full before course enrollment.
Late Fee & Account Restrictions:
A late payment fee of NGN 25,000 will be charged to students who miss payment deadlines or fail to meet financial clearance requirements. Uncleared financial accounts will result in an administrative hold, preventing course registration and access to Registrar services—including official certificates, registration verification, transcripts, and diplomas.
Continued non-payment or delinquency will result in a referral to the Dean’s Office for potential enrollment cancellation, as outlined in the JHU Student Handbook.
Students receive notification via email prior to any penalty assessment. If extenuating circumstances arise that prevent timely payment, please contact the Office of the Registrar immediately at registrar@jhu.edu.ng.
