James Hope University Secures Full NUC Accreditation for All Academic Programmes
Vice Chancellor Prof. Olu Akinkugbe on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, received the results of the National Universities Commission (NUC) accreditation exercise conducted at the University’s Lekki, Lagos campus in May 2026.
The following programmes received full accreditation status:
- M.Sc. Economic Development and Policy Analysis
- M.Sc. FinTech and Analytics
- M.Sc. Innovation, Intrapreneurship and Entrepreneurship
This follows the full accreditation earlier secured by the MBA and M.Sc. Finance programmes during the NUC’s October/November 2025 visit — bringing all five programmes offered by James Hope University to full accreditation status.
With this milestone achieved, the University’s next focus is pursuing international accreditation from globally recognised accrediting bodies.
