James Hope University and Rowe School of Business Explore Strategic Partnership
The President and Vice-Chancellor of James Hope University recently visited the Rowe School of Business at the Faculty of Management, Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada.
During the very warm, informative, and productive meetings with Dean Mike Smit and Professor Hamed Aghakhani, Director of the MBA Program, discussions centered on collaboration, curriculum, student and staff exchange, and research partnerships.
A key outcome of the visit was the proposal to establish a uniquely crafted Corporate Residency MBA (CRMBA) pathway at James Hope University, Lagos. This initiative aims to bring Dalhousie’s acclaimed experiential MBA model to Nigeria, blending academic rigour with hands-on corporate residency.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) outlining the terms of the engagement was discussed and is now being prepared by both institutions.
This partnership underscores James Hope University’s dedication to innovative, career-focused, and experiential business education, as well as global academic collaboration. Further details will be shared as the MOU advances.
