JHU Vice Chancellor Pays Courtesy Visit to the Nigerian Institute of Management Lekki, Lagos — October 29, 2025

The Vice Chancellor of James Hope University, Lekki–Lagos, Prof. Austin Nosike, paid a courtesy visit today to the President and Chairman of Council of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Commodore Abimbola Ayuba (Rtd.).

The strategic engagement focused on strengthening collaboration between both institutions in the areas of advanced training, professional development, research, and innovation. The discussions highlighted shared commitments to leadership excellence, managerial capacity-building, and developing future-ready professionals for Nigeria’s evolving economic landscape.

Prof. Nosike reiterated the University’s mission to foster meaningful academic-industry partnerships that support national development and global competitiveness. Commodore Ayuba commended JHU’s dedication to quality education and expressed readiness for strengthened cooperation.

Also present at the meeting was the Registrar/Chief Executive of NIM, Mrs. Taiwo Olusesi, who affirmed the Institute’s support for joint initiatives and capacity-building programs.
